Tina joined Marathon in 1995 compelled to make a difference in the communities we serve. In her role as VP of operations, she oversees all payroll, administrative and HR related functions for Marathon as well as manages large national employer relationships. Tina is an administrative guru who is obsessively passionate about making our team members feel great at every interaction.

Kendra believes in Marathon’s mission of community achievement and works closely with our field leaders to make this mission a reality. Active within her community and church family, Kendra believes in the power of people who share a common mission to serve others and in developing deep community relationships. She started her career as a frontline recruiter for an international staffing firm before moving to Marathon and has never looked back.

Colleen partners with our staff and employer clients to assist team members and build sustainable workplace practices. Colleen studied English at University of Massachusetts - Lowell.

As Accounting and Tax Compliance Manager, she brings over 25 years of experience in all aspects of accounting with a specialty in payroll tax compliance, accounts receivable, cash reconciliations, quarterly and year-end tax reporting.
She is dedicated to helping our team members achieve by helping ensuring Marathon is compliant with the ever changing maze of regulations and technologies.

Winnie supports Marathon’s Compliance program, and has more than 14 years of experience in a broad range of HR functions including: recruiting, payroll, audits, investigation, training, HR policies, and compliance with labor and employment regulations. She enjoys reading and serving the community. Graduate Studies in Labor Relations - Interamerican University, Undergraduate Studies in Political Science - U.P.R., Certificate in Human Resources Management - NCC. David joined Marathon Staffing in 2011 and has more than 20 years experience in Human Resources, 15 of which has been in the Staffing Industry and Client Management. He is dedicated and passionate to ensure others have the opportunity to succeed and improve the quality of their lives while ensuring our clients connect with the best possible talent. He is an active member in the American Staffing Association and is a home chef. Undergraduate studies – Georgia State University System. Certified Staffing Professional by the ASA.

Her career in staffing began in a business development role for a Silicon Valley owned staffing agency and as a technical recruiter for a Fortune 500 computer graphics company. Undergraduate studies in Speech Communications from California State University, Chico.
