Current and former clients and team members (temporary personnel) are eligible to participate in the Client Referral Rewards Program. Marathon Corporate staff and internal staff are not eligible to participate. Any other person who is not affiliated with Marathon Staffing is potentially eligible to participate.  Business clients may cash in their referral rewards as a credit to invoices, to use for employee appreciation events (team lunches, etc.), or otherwise receive their referral rewards as their business allows. Former and current team members may receive their Referral Rewards via direct deposit or pay card.

To be eligible for a Referral Reward, the referred business: (1) must place an official job order within six months of the referral; (2) the official job order must be filled by Marathon Staffing; (3) a Marathon Team Member must be placed on assignment at the referred business for at least 80 hours; (4) the referred business cannot be an existing or recent client (at least one job order within 12 months) of Marathon Staffing.

The referring party will not be eligible for the referral reward if their referral has already been referred by someone else.  Only one referral reward will apply per business referred.

For purposes of this program, the following reward schedule applies (up to a $1,000.00 per referral reward):
